Over the years prior to ZIPline, we as underwriters reviewed thousands of zoning reports and more often than not found them to be cursory, inconclusive, and inconsiderate of the needs of the ultimate investor. At the urging of our own commercial real estate clients who felt the same way, we created a new brand - ZIPline.

Russ is the creator, operational oversight and chief business development contact for the ZIPline zoning compliance report platform.
Russ Ming brings almost two decades of Agency lending experience to the Armada team and the ZIPline platform. He started his career at CRIIMI MAE, serving as a loan closing assistant before moving to Greystone Servicing Corporation from to serve as one of two closers for the company's growing Fannie Mae DUS and bridge loan programs. He served as a Senior Closer, Senior Underwriter, and then AVP of Loan Originations for Green Park Financial (now Walker & Dunlop) until 2007. While there, Mr. Ming successfully aided in the buildup of a new direct lending platform. Furthermore, Russ assisted in the creation of a seniors housing lending platform which accounted for $500MM in production during its first year. Along the way, Russ has reviewed or prepared thousands of zoning reports.
Mr. Ming possesses a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.

Zack is responsible for day-to-day operations of the ZIPline zoning compliance report division of Armada as well as assisting in Business Development efforts for the ZIPline platform.
Joining us directly out of college, Zack began his career with Armada as an Underwriting Analyst in CMBS Lending. During his first year alone, he assisted on the underwriting of over $175 million in CMBS loans. In March 2014, Zack joined Russ Ming in the creation and development of the new ZIPline platform. He was promoted to ZIPline Program Manager in July 2014 and has since written and/or overseen the completion of over 3,500 zoning reports.
Zack's expertise with zoning compliance analysis spans from retail to multifamily to self-storage properties that have been performed for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, banks, attorneys, and property owners. He has worked with over 45 clients, covering a wide array of zoning compliance issues and analyses.

Sammy began his career with Armada in early 2013 and has since gained experience in Agency, Affordable, CMBS, and SFR Underwriting while assisting on the underwriting of over $500 million in CRE loans in three years. When the ZIPline platform launched in October 2013, Sammy helped Armada fulfill the growing demand by transitioning a portion of his responsibilities to completing zoning reports. In two years, Sammy has written over 100 zoning reports for clients and properties throughout the United States, thus gaining competence with zoning compliance analysis and understanding municipal codes. At the beginning of 2016, he transitioned to the ZIPline platform full-time before being promoted to ZIPline Product Manager in June 2016 in order to greater contribute to the fast growing platform.
Sammy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor's of Science in Financial Management and Accounting. He spent two years as a general business analyst for a mid-size corporation before realizing that he wanted to transition into the Real Estate industry.

Rosetta Taylor serves as Senior Zoning Analyst and part of the Business Development Team with Armada Analytics Inc. Rosetta's primary roles include zoning research, analysis and quality assurance. Additionally, she serves as part of the business development team for the ZipLine and serves a vital role in time production for the engagement process and database creative. Prior to working with Armada Analytics, Inc. Rosetta enjoyed working in the planning and zoning arena in Oklahoma with Planning and Zoning Resource and First American Title CDS.
As a Native Nevadan, Rosetta became very intrigued with unique infrastructures in Las Vegas and decided to learn the intricacies in the development of commercial properties. She later moved to Oklahoma where she was introduced to the commercial due diligence field. Shortly after, Rosetta relocated to Atlanta, where she worked as an Independent Zoning Analyst before joining forces with Armada Analytics.
Rosetta graduated from Central Oklahoma University with a Bachelor's degree in Science with a minor in Sociology.
